It was a wonderful experience in this tranquil setting, made city strolls a good dream for any nature lover.

The rooms were great-sized and brand-new, included coffee and a kettle. The location in a resort area was unbeatable and beautiful. The staff were very helpful and excellent day and night.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very very bad.

The hotel's really close to teluk pauh, also we could easily access Lata Air Berani. All in all really AMAZING stay. An easy walk to Paradise restaurant, where you can have lunch. We enjoyed this property.

Just spent 4 nights in a Superior Classic room. Beach is fine. Snorkeling right off shore is amazing! But the room could definitely use a good clean and some TLC. Food was pretty basic. No alcohol served-definitely head to nearby spots for better dining.

Just a suitable option for a short stayover in Pulau Perhentian Besar with good value for cost. The spaghetti bolognese we ordered was actually pretty good, providing comfort food after a long day. Try to bring your own snacks as food options here can be hit and miss.

The location is fine, with sandy beaches perfect for kids and snorkeling right off the shore. The food was really good, particularly the focaccia bread, and the staff provided great service. The room I stayed in needed a thorough cleaning, and some beach amenities were limited, made lounging a challenge. While the resort's popularity brings a lively atmosphere, it also led to overcrowded areas, detracting from the overall experience.

We enjoyed snorkeling right off the beautiful beach, where my kids had a blast spotting tropical fish and even harmless reef sharks! The vibrant marine life made our family outings lovely. Plus, the staff were genuinely cute to my children, heartwarming.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities available on the resort.

We enjoyed a tennis match on the tranquil court, hung out on the spacious balcony watching sunsets, and had a blast singing in stylish karaoke rooms. The nearby shore had amazing spots for snorkeling and fun kayak rentals too. A perfect getaway!

Drinks aren't served on the hotel, so consider bringing your own or visiting local restaurants for more variety.

The beach chalet wassuper clean and cozy, providing easy access to the gorgeous beach. Snorkeling trips arranged by the staff were good as we spotted turtles and black-tipped sharks. The resort's proximity to other dining options made it convenient, even though it was a dry resort. A lovely experience despite some minor challenges .

The rooms here are modern and functional, equipped with a TV and a balcony - that's all we needed.
